Rebel Nightclub review
Looking for a place that offers more than one vibe, and different genres of music? Check out one of the biggest spots in Toronto, Rebel.
Rebel is probably the furthest club to get to in Toronto, but that doesn’t stop the young crowd from pouring in every weekend. With Rebel offering shuttles from 1-3am to union station, it makes it difficult to say no! They also have a parking lot across the street, which is $20 to park, and honestly, quite a pain in the ass to leave or find parking when it’s busy.
10pm - 4am
Placed on the waterfront, Rebel is the place to see any artist you love, or simply check out of pure curiosity. Their main stage is aways set-up beautifully and has a great vibe to any party-loving-concert goers. They have bars upstairs and downstairs, so no matter where you’re seated, you’re covered.
The atmosphere in Rebel is a little clicky because of how young the crowd usually is, but still fun enough for people who like to get trashed with their friends in a big space. The vibe here is upbeat, and little immature, not in a negative way but more so in an i-might-get-sloppy-and-spill-my-drink-on-strangers way.
Rebel offers different rooms with different genres of music playing. From Latin to hip-hop, pop, and even dubstep, there is room for everyone. The ratio fluctuates but somehow is always close to a 50:50 which is nice. The guys here tend to flock the ladies, which is what it is, so just beware.
Dress code is casual, with nothing too baggy. They will let in kids fresh out of high school, but not drug dealers so find something in between if you’re going there on a random weekend. It’s always safe to dress stylish and trendy! To have the best experience at Rebel, make sure you know which guest is there that night, and get bottles so you can have your own area – up top is the best.
The staff are friendly and will take care of you, or help with whatever is needed. The average drink price is standard for Toronto, around $10 a drink but who can complain, right. Overall the Rebel has its own special thing going on, and if you want to go, then go.
They will only be seeing the Nocturnal Group went dope enough artists come to town. Then we’ll be rolling.
