Tape plays a majority of hip-hop beats and stays up to date with the culture. They are known for playing some of the best music all night by some of the top DJ’s. Bottle service here is expensive – but, if that’s what you want, then go for it. Drinks are a typical London nightclub price, roughly 10-12 euro. The coolest thing about this club is what they call “little tape,” which is a private room for after-hours drinking which has a sperate entrance and recording studio. Hella tight.

London is strict when it comes to ID, so when you go out to make sure to bring it, especially here. Dress code is not taken lightly, either. Women were glammed up, looking like gorgeous divas, and men looked nothing less than Harvey Spector on his best day. If you expect to get in without putting serious effort into your look for the night, don’t be disappointed when you’re turned away.

They have artists perform here, so it’s a good idea to keep up to date on their social media, or website for that. Saturdays are “open-format” so you can expect unannounced artists and impromptu performances. Often they have elegant food, and sometimes they even give out free drinks.

Cover can range from 10-30+ euro depending on what time you show up, and how busy it is. You’re going to want to arrive around 10:30 to be on the safe side – maybe even earlier as people from all over flood this hub.

Tape also has an apparel line… Die-hard fans or WHAT. You’d have to hook Mr.Nokturnal and the group up with free bottles to get us in em.

Yes – you’ll be seeing us here on our international tour to find the spots spots for you to unwind in!

To get into Libertine, you need to be somebody or act like you are. It would be in your best interest to get a guest list before you arrive here, get there early, or make friends with someone on the inside. They are strict with ID and dress code – they say they aren’t on their website, but you are not getting in with flip-flops.

With that being said, Ladies, this is the best place to wear that fancy designer dress you’ve been wanting to stunt around in with those heels you only pull out on special occasions. You’re going to want to hit classy diva status here and dress to the 9’s. Gents – London lingo – are going to want to look nothing short of James Bond. Pull out your collard shirts, dress shoes, and wear your favorite aftershave because this is where you’re going to be able to flex. Robert Pattinson is a perfect example of what you want to look like when he is dressed up – simply yummy.

Libertine is open Wednesday-Sunday and their hours are 10:30-3am. They open a half an hour early on Saturday, and it is one of the biggest clubs in London. You’re going to want to get here early to make sure you can get in with less hassle. The doormen are tough, but manageable if you look like Kate Moss and Johnny Depp. Cover charge changes from “10-20” euros depending on the time, and capacity of the club. BE prepared for that number to increase.

The atmosphere screams money, and people of that attitude. You’re bound to find a gem, but don’t be hurt if someone ignores you – this is the place where a lot of people wear a facade.

All in all, this is an exciting place to go and should be on everyone’s list for clubs to see in London. They will defs be seeing the Nokturnal Group shutting it down.

MUSIC

They play a mix oh hip-hop and top 40 to keep it cultured and going all night.

DRINK PRICES

The drinks here are very expensive and same with the bottle service.

Booths and VIP are ideal if you’re hanging with a crowd because you’ll have your own space and probably end up saving money. Plus, it’s London, ball a little for yourself!

They’re extremely hard at the door, and if you don’t meet their standards, you’re not getting in. You will need to have an ID, be dressed up in your most fashionable wear, and ready to spend a lot of money because this club is one of the most expensive in London.

Lots of women here dress in designer outfits head to toe, but if that’s not you, then any little black dress will do. Just be sure to accessorize properly, and you shouldn’t have a problem. Gents need to be looking sharp, a nice collared shirt, dress pants, and the shoes you only wear to weddings – anything less and you will be outside wishing you could get in.

The staff, for the most part, is a hit or miss. You’ll either love them or hate them. If you don’t look, smell or act like a millionaire, they won’t be too keen on helping you out or even being nice to you. This venue attracts a shallow crowd, but it is also good for connections and socializing.. you never know who can stumble upon here.

Overall, they have a unique experience you can’t get anywhere else, but with so many other friendly and less posh clubs around London town, it isn’t on our top 10.

MUSIC

The music is more on the top 40, EDM style with a little bit of a hip-hop influence creating a rave feel. Being here is like being on LSD watching a circus act on YouTube except you’re there and people are bumping into you, spilling their drinks, and not using their manners.

DRINK PRICES

BOTTLE SERVICE

Bottle service here is definitely on the higher end, looking around 1,000 euro for a table. Drinks at the bar are also expensive, and the cover charge is 20 euro per person with or without guestlist. If you’re looking to get in without a hassle, our suggestion is to get to know a person on the inside, it is always beneficial. The club suggests an 11 pm arrival because they’re usually packed every weekend.
